A Resort Called Hell 1973 / 蛇王與閻王 1973 / She wang yu yan wang

An incorrigible gambler, Ming fakes death to end his money problems. However, he is caught by the Hades guard whose orders are to take anyone lying in a coffin to Hades regardless of whether he is dead or alive. Fortunately, Ming has taken along a lot of paper money (Hades currency) and bribes his way out. Ming notices that Hades is as corrupt as the human world and sets out to convince his friend to join him to try to make their fortunes there. (Source: HKCM)
