Saeki Shuichi is a private detective who works for ‟Hope Private Investigation Firm‟ of Kogure Masato. Saeki Shuichi is an ex-police officer of Tokorozawa police precinct. 15 years ago, Shuichi's sister Yukari was raped and murdered on her way to buy Shuichi's birthday cake. Since then, he has kept continuing hate toward the criminals. One day he gets the assignment to investigate a man who happens to be the main culprit of his sister's murder. Shuichi decides to become a villain and vows revenge. ~~ Adapted from the 2009 novel ‟Akutou‟ by Yakumaru Gaku.
