One day, teacher Izumi is found in her wedding dress, floating in the rooftop pool of Seishun High School. She has been stabbed to death. A student confesses to Class 3C’s President, Hibino Meina, and to Goshima, the detective in charge, that he is the guilty culprit. However, Meina notes inconsistencies in the testimony regarding the manner of death and a senseless motive. He has no choice but to rule the student out as a suspect.
