In each episode, the guests call ahead to order a dish they want, and the hosts attempt to make it. The guests help throughout the day and spend the night, leaving in the next episode. For this season, He Jiong, Huang Lei, and Henry Lau were joined by Peng Yu Chang as regular MCs.
