To support her family and reclaim their family land, Pinang's mother, Marcy was forced with no choice but to leave for Singapore to work as a nanny. She worked for a Brazilian family who is residing in Singapore, and had many problems taking care of their troubled child, Philip Oliveria. Until they eventually grew closer, Phil accidentally landed himself in trouble, and got Marcy deported. Many years have past since, Pinang and Phil have grown up. Phil had grown up wishing to search for his nanny, and one day, a friend's wedding unknowingly brought him to Pinang, who he fell love at first sight for - not knowing that she is Marcy's daughter.
