Two years pass differently for permanent and contract workers. As a contract employee, Kim Min Joo does her best to please her boss while preparing herself for termination of contract. In her second year as Deputy Manager, Lee Soo Ah must start thinking about making strong allies at work. The boss laughs at the sound of the words ‘two years’ but some people must endure so much during those two years. Inside the office, Min Joo and Soo Ah sit with their backs turned to each other. Only when they get a bit further away from the office can they look in the same direction? On the rooftop of the building or by the window inside a convenient store they stop by. As they stand side by side, no gap seems to exist between them. But the film ruefully admits that they can’t escape from the rules of the office. Soo Ah can only mark Min Joo´s traces in her own way.
