This series is a sequel to ‟The Legend of the General Who Never Was,‟ a story about Sit Yan Gwai’s rise to become one of the greatest generals of the Tang dynasty. Sit Ding San, the son of Sit Yan Gwai, was accidentally shot by his father and fell down a cliff. He was saved by a Taoist master and chose to live in seclusion. Many years later, when Sit Yan Gwai fell under siege by enemy forces, Sit Ding San came out of hiding to rescue his father. Father and son battled the Fan family, whose daughter Lei Fa was a great warrior in her own right. It was foretold that Sit Ding San would marry Fan Lei Fa and bring peace to their two lands. It was also foretold that Sin Yan Gwai would die at the hands of his own son. Will these prophecies truly come to pass?
