Genius medical scientist Kim Sang Chul, a renown expert in the field of stem cell research, kills himself. After an autopsy, the head of Kim Sang Chul mysteriously disappears. Meanwhile, delivery serviceman Hong Jae is in the process of delivering Kim Sang Chul's head without knowing the contents of the package. Hong Jae unintentionally learns the contents of the package and is kidnapped by Baek Jung. In the process, Hong Jae is able to hide Kim Sang Chul's head. Hong Jae's older sister Hong Joo is a hot-blooded news reporter. Because of her impulsiveness, Hong Jae is suspended from her job. Nevertheless, Hong Jae still works to land a scoop on a popular entertainer.
