Sanada works as a psychiatrist in the USA. He goes out shopping with his family. In the elevator, he meets former patient Azusa. Sanada still hears her words in his head and thinks of giving her an examination in his office. Her story is more than what he imagined. Azusa was bullied as a child and her house was destroyed in a fire. Her parents also died in the fire. She came to the USA and began working as a prostitute. Her story goes to an unexpected direction.
