In the movie, a patient dies due to medical malpractice and his doctors subsequently try to cover up their mistakes. Soon after, another patient arrives with strange symptoms and escapes into the ventilation system before they’re able to quarantine him. As the man’s disease circulates throughout the dilapidated hospital building each of the doctors start to develop symptoms of the mysterious plague.
