Saiban's father was unfaithful to her mother and she was heart broken until she died. Her grandfather buried her mother on a hill near their house. So whenever Saiban missed her mother she could go and talk to her mother there. Saiban's grandparents own a lot of land in Chiang Mai, including a mushroom plantation. Her father remarried and he has a step-son that he wants to marry Saiban because he knows that when her grandparents die they will give everything they have to Saiban. Nopepamai is a very intelligent person and he received an international scholarship, his major being in mushroom. He becomes a professor in a school in Chiang Mai and he started to work in Saiban's family mushrooom plantation. Nopepamai fell in love with Saiban at first sight, but she sees him only as a mushroom doctor.
