On New Year's Day TBS broadcasted KAT-TUN's one-time late-night variety special 'Sekai Ichi Dame na Yoru ni' The theme is 'Because it's Dame, we want to learn', and have KAT-TUN experience Dame things tonight. The idol group does not know the script beforehand and will be doing things different from their image, things that idols will never do. (participating in classic comedian activities) -waking up someone who's asleep in a Dame way -Dame people that KAT-TUN should never be in contact with (garbage comedians) -KAT-TUN vs ryuhenkai Dame full out war (with tonkotsu soup) -hot bath fight (race of who stays in bath longest) In August of 2012 this show got green lit for a full season under the name KAT-TUNの世界一ダメな夜! or KAT-TUN no Sekaiichi Dame Yoru!
