During the Five Dynasties, Concubine Chang of Later Tang fled from the rebelling army accompanied by her loyal General Wu Bao De. In order to restore the dynasty, she collected jewelry and valuable artifacts and sealed them in a tomb protected by deadly mechanisms, entrusting General Wu as tomb keeper.
