Lost Love (1978)

The corpses of Nozomi Aoba, the daughter of a wealthy family, and Yamazaki, an engineer at the nearby nuclear plant, are found on a beach in what appears to be a double suicide. Shortly after that, a pimp named Sakata arrives from Tokyo in search of Nozomi. He makes contact with Nozomi's sister Tsubasa and a newspaper reporter, and in the process uncovers a conspiracy to conceal an accident at the nuclear plant. Chillingly, the shots of the nuclear plant were filmed in Fukushima.
