An education film featuring that we can be true patriots only after we perform our own duties as citizens. It depicts a series of events taking place in a reserve troop in a company. When the time comes for regular training of the reserve troop, Nam Guk Il, a new employee at the company, becomes the commander to the administration manager and sales manager. But he is once again the rookie when the training is over. Incidents surrounding such circumstances bring comic scenes and humor to the workplace.
