Kurosawa is the only member of the female comedy trio Morisanchu who is still unmarried. Miyuki Oshima has married a broadcast writer and Tomoko Murakami’s husband is in the apparel industry, leaving Kurosawa as the unmarried ‟thirty-something‟ of the group. One day, handsome actor Joji Shibue, who happens to be a fan of Kurosawa’s comedy, chats her up at a party. She’s giddy after the encounter, and the two gradually strike up a relationship.
