Nakee 2 is the story of Sroi, a young girl who was born and has lived in Don Mai Pah Village, Ubon Ratchathani Province in the northeastern region of Thailand. She grew up with the belief and faith in Jao Mae Nakee. She has helped her grandma sell flowers to people who come to worship Jao Mae Nakee as well as taken care of the stone shrine of Jao Mae Nakee since she was just a little child. Therefore Sroi extremely feels a bond with Jao Mae Nakee. But right after Police Captain Pongprap was transferred to Don Mai Pah Police Station, there have been a lot of dreadful crimes occurred. Many cases are unbelievable and full of unsolved mysteries. Villagers strongly believe that Jao Mae Nakee did all those, and she is going on a rampage once again. Moreover, many things that happened made villagers totally believe that Sroi is the psychic medium of Jao Mae Nakee. Even Inspector Pongprap, who never believed in mysterious and supernatural beings, was also uncertain about the allegation against her.
