Liao Junbo has successively served as mayor, county magistrate and deputy mayor in Nanping District, Fujian Province. Although his position has changed repeatedly, his original intention of establishing the party for the benefit of the public remains unchanged. In order to develop the local economy, Liao Junbo has the courage to challenge and innovate. He has presided over the construction of many industrial parks and introduced hundreds of enterprises to northern Fujian, bringing new impetus to the economic development of northern Fujian. During his tenure in Zhenghe, Liao Junbo proposed to develop the advantages of traditional agriculture, gradually establish development ideas and plans for the four major economies of industry, cities, tourism and return, creatively designed projects and reviewed the joint approval system and small poverty alleviation loan model and transformed a provincial poverty-stricken county into a full economic development in just four years. The top ten counties in the province have lifted more than 3 million poor households out of poverty, creating a ‟political harmony speed‟ and a ‟political harmony legend‟. During his tenure as Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Wuyi New District, as always, he made selfless contributions, worked hard and raced against time to win unlimited business opportunities for Wuyi New District until he died in the line of duty.
