Park, a Korean who has overwhelmed the dark streets of Harbin, Manchuria, becomes one-eyed by the work of the Macheonpyeong gang. After pledged revenge, he and Kim Seung, a member of the Independence Army, set out to find Macheonpyeong. Eventually, Park repays his grudge and reunites with his wife, who was taken hostage.
