Yagama Eiko is an investigator for the Ueno Central Police Station's Organized Crime Division. Moneylenders outside the jurisdiction are lending money to her colleagues interest free. However, what the lenders want in return is any valuable information the police have. Eiko will solve the case before anyone else.
