This movie tells a series of stories triggered by a dog-killing case. A group of cast out people join a defence team in a rural village, because they offended many villagers by visiting prostitutes and gambling on weekdays. In addition to that, their social statusses aren't very high, so they want to do some big cases to prove their worth. It starts with a trivial dog-killing case in the countryside, where they use modern criminal investigation methods to investigate, whilst making jokes. In the end however, they seem to be involved in a bigger murder case.
