Hirofumi, cares for the local temple in Gifu Prefecture’s Gujo Hachiman valley. When a tragedy occurs involving the woman he loves, he decides to leave town and not look back. 30 years later, he returns to Gujo and recalls the painful memories of that summer for the first time in many years.
