A suspense series in which Takemura Iwao, the police inspector of the Nagano Prefectural Police Investigation Division 1, solves difficult cases. A man was found murdered at the Karuizawa / Usui Lake Dam, and Nagano Prefectural Police Takemura and others began an investigation. Immediately after, Shizawa of the Public Security Department of the Metropolitan Police Department appears to pick up the body. The victim is his colleague Toyoshima, but he says that he will not reveal any more because it is a national secret.
