Seung Bum, a filmmaker, finally says goodbye to his old place in basement and moves up to the roof top. However, a call from Health Insurance Corporation urges him to pay the overdue and it bugs him. Then a girl claiming to be the ex-tenant suddenly shows up asking for her package. As he has been struggling with writer’s block, he is more than thrilled to meet a new girl.
