Aiba Hideo is a high schooler who belongs to the ‟romanticist club‟ where fans of the occult gather. Unable to become romantically involved other than through his wild imagination, he spends his days constantly worried. Then one day a beautiful girl, Sahana Kurumi, transfers into his class and turns Aiba's life around. His imagination further arouses his thoughts to which Kurumi compels him to keep a one-sided promise. But from time to time, Kurumi displays a kinder side which further attracts Aiba.
