Su Kyung shows signs of mental derangement. She falls in love with Mun Oh who is suffering from lung disease. Su Kyung has a baby and deceives Mun Oh into believing that it is his whereas it is actually Yeong Min's baby. Meanwhile, when Mun Oh tries to raise the child aware of the truth, Su Kyung throws a fit instead. She brings the baby to Yeong Min and leaves Mun Oh. Yeong Min leaves his daughter, Kyung Ah, with a minister. Mun Oh goes looking for her.
