Naomi is a 17 years old girl who often skips school and comes home late. After arguing with her parents about her responsibilities as well as their marital problems, she is sent to spend the summer working at her aunt's inn. She is soon put in charge of helping to take care of an aging relative, and an unsuspected friendship begins to spark.
