Pastor Lee Hyun Chul ended up in prison due to an accident that occurred during an exorcism. After his release, his former mentor, Pastor Hong, who had been living in seclusion, proposes another exorcism involving a girl to him. At first, Pastor Lee refuses the offer, but eventually accepts it in order to restore his honor. As the healing of the possessed girl, Seon Young, progresses, Satan torments Pastor Lee using his trauma. However, Pastor Lee realizes that there is a hidden plan amidst this problem and ultimately confronts the demon inside Seonyoung through a life-threatening final exorcism ritual.
