Variety show consists of six female celebrities that are/were idols from five different generations (1960s-current). Each week they are split into two teams where they go on adventures and compete against each other while bonding with each other and enjoying different aspects of life. Wu Xiubo and Wang Han act as hosts for the variety show. And this season added seven No-idol members.
