Karina is a young woman who dislikes Christmas because her family got separated, and she was left alone with the maid. Mrs. Claus, on the other hand, needs someone to help her deliver the gifts around town in time for Christmas. She needs a person with a good heart to do the job. They met one time when she saw Karina give money to the street children. Mrs. Claus gets Karina to be the one to deliver the gifts. As Karina delivers the gifts, she sees a little boy who runs away from home because his parents are having a fight, thinking of what had happened to her in the past.
