Saran is a handsome young man who used to be poor and is now working hard to find his place in life. Mintra is a beautiful and confident young woman from a family with good standing, her father being a military officer. She's a modern girl with patience, love, honor and dignity, indomitable to obstacles. Veena is a beautiful and rich woman who didn't receive love while growing up. Now, she's lonely and needy, with tendencies to an aggressive and violent behavior. She is supportive of Saran and paid for his education, so she thinks she's entitled to him.
