The life of a soldier is known to be hard, but the path of this PLA Company goes above and beyond the call of duty. These soldiers, although they don’t know it at the time, are about to follow a path that will take them from young boys to battle-hardened warriors as they dive into the deep crucible of war against the Japanese. Confronting destruction, death, and decay they may just be lucky enough to emerge with their bodies intact; but will their souls go with them?
