How much will a legendary warrior risk saving his people and the woman he loves? Zhong Kui is a fabled warrior with mysterious powers. The minor deity Zhang Diao Xian, who controls the city of Hu, dispatches Kui to Hell to steal the valuable artefact known as the Dark Crystal and rid the city of all demons. While carrying out his mission, Kui learns that his long-lost love Snow Girl has been enslaved in Hell. When Snow Girl is sent from Hell to the city of Hu to retrieve the Dark Crystal, the couple face off on opposite sides.
