During the Korean War (1950-1953), Park Ho, a Korean secret agent staying in Tokyo has relations with a female spy, Elisa. She, becoming a slave to his love, at last, confesses her identity. Later, she begins providing North Korea with disinformation and helps the U. N. Forces to successfully complete the Incheon Landing Operations.
