High school student Kamogawa Yoshio suddenly gained the power to read other people's minds. One day, he receives mail from Asami Sae in Tokyo asking for his help. Kamogawa Yoshio loves Asami Sae. Kamogawa Yoshio goes to Tokyo and infiltrates the high school where Asami Sae attends. Kamogawa Yoshio then becomes involved in a strife between 3 different groups as he tries to save Asami Sae. Tachibana Shizuka also falls in love with Kamogawa Yoshio.
