Painter, with his partner Driver, hunts down violent criminals and exacts punishment upon them. As usual, Driver is hanging out at a club when he meets Elbe, a dancer from Estonia, who attracts him with her erotic allure. However, when their love incites the jealousy of an American soldier, it all ends abruptly. After losing his partner, Painter travels to Estonia with the final remains of Elbe. There, through strange acts of coincidence, he comes across Kristi, Elbe's sister. Slowly and silently, their lives intertwine. Through her circumstances, Painter's true identity is revealed.
