After a chain of murders sweeps across Hong Kong, an investigation discovers that the deceased all left messages of suicide on a suicide-related website. The police quickly lock in on Wong Mei Bo, the website founder and administrator, but he flatly denies any involvement. Around this time, Lee Leung arrives at the police station to turn himself in, bringing with him the instruments used to commit the crimes and other documentary evidence. However, Lee Leung believes that he was rescuing the people who died. If that is the case, who is the real murderer?
