This 1960s-1980s story follows a girl from a fallen rich family who summons her courage to work towards success. Although she appears delicate and feminine, she is actually very manly (a fearless tomboy). She is not afraid to kill a fish nor to embark on difficult tasks. Her only fear developed after almost drowning when she was 7. She is afraid of diving. As her counterpoint, Danson Tang plays a cold, unfeeling hotel heir; his heart seems closed and his words are crude. But he has been waiting for a girl to love, a daring girl like her.
