Ose has a rare disease from which he can´t stay awake for more than two hours. If he stays awake for more than two hours, he could die in severe cases. He couldn't go outside because of illness, but he tries to go on an outing in 15 years with the help of a friend. He meets the people he wants to see and goes to the places he wants to go. Whenever Ose falls asleep while going out, his friend takes care of him. Flash is a unique road movie. Ose's day consists of two hours, and he is living a flickering life. He gradually gets tired of meeting someone for a moment and walking on the street. (Source: JIFF)
