The Kurosaki and Shirakawa families are gangsters who reign the Kanto region. They have been hostile for a long time and remain entangled in a fierce conflict. In the meantime, the head of the Kurosaki family, Kurosaki Genshin, is assassinated. The police detective suspects the three children of Genshin, who each desired to become the the successor to the Kurosaki family. Ryu Haibara, who was adopted by the Kurosaki family to work as their servant, begins collecting information on the three men the request of a detective.
