Chang Hsin Lung is a taxi driver obsessed with TV reporter Jenny Tung. In order to get her attention, Chang provides Jenny with scoops and brings her to various crime scenes. When an unknown killer starts running amok, Jenny again relies on her informer. Certainly, there is no connection between Chang and the killings... or is there?
