Shiro Hayata is a detective who rescues a gangster after which he becomes an undercover cop in a yakuza gang to explore the marijuana import route. He saves the yakuza boss called Mano Mitsuo and is assigned to kill a rival boss called Natsui Takeshi who targeted Mano Mitsuo. He now has to avoid getting caught and try to do his work as a detective.
