Despite their individual desire to meet a future partner, Yan and Kong develop an animosity toward one another after a troubled meeting during 'Affinity Day'. Soon after, Kong is murdered by gangsters. Two weeks later, Kong comes back in the form of a ghost to ask her to help him prevent his own murder by traveling back in time.
