Mi-Quality Apartment 2015 / 米高級公寓 2015 /

Jack's father decides to return to his home in Tainan pension, so he will manage to stay at home in Taipei. The house originally had a theater that is leased to the performer's rehearsal, but because of the number of small rent, plus the floor number is not small, so Jack decorates it and separates out a few rooms, builds a living room with large Yafang to rent. After posting renters announcement, several wanted to rent. Although the identity and age of occupation vary, they are all locals.
