Kanji Koba is a travel agency director who is forced to flee abroad after killing a yakuza who came to collect on a debt. 10 years later, his boss at a casino in South America orders him to kill a Japanese businessman named Kazumasa Hasado. He then returns to Japan under the alias Kanji Kitahara and quickly becomes involved in a complicated 3-way struggle involving a mysterious shadowy organization and members of the revenge-seeking Gotengawa crime family.
