A young woman's strangled corpse was found at a boat dock in a park in Koto district, Tokyo. Her belongings are nowhere to be found, and her identity is unknown. There was no sign of her clothes being disheveled or violent, and her body was abandoned in a conspicuous place, suggesting a planned crime by a calm and composed criminal. Criminal Katsuragi Kunihiko rushes to the scene and is concerned that the corpse was barefoot, not wearing shoes. The next morning, the 13th Section of the 1st Investigative Division of the Metropolitan Police Department came on a business trip and the first investigative meeting was held.
