Sunny Piggy 2000 / 春光灿烂猪八戒 2000 / Zhu Ba Jie

Zhu Feng Chun saved a dragon princess when they were young. When they grew up, she decided to come to find him in the human realm. Unfortunately, before they get to meet again, Zhu Feng Chun was accidentally killed during combat between Tai Bai Jin Xin and the cat demon. Zhu Feng Chun always carries his favorite pet, piggy, with him wherever he goes. Piggy witnesses the death of his young master and puts the blame on Tai Bai Jin Xin. Tai Bai Jin Xin feeling guilty, repays Piggy by allowing him to become human and puts his spirit into his young master's body, renaming him Zhu Ba Jie. Zhu Ba Jie is forbidden to tell lies, commit crimes, and tell the truth that he is originally a pig. Otherwise, his head will turn into a big one while his body is human.
