A juvenile delinquent named Suguru who is skipping class on the roof of his school when he hears an announcement that all students with type B blood are going to be hunted in a sadistic game of onigokko (tag). Suguru suffers from dizziness whenever he runs, so he depends on a younger student named Rino for help.
