‟City of Crane‟ follows the story of Ye Jin and Mahbub in the form of a fake documentary as they dance with a lonely crane in Incheon Grand Park and chase after Batar, a migrant worker from Mongolia who became famous for saving lives from of a fire. Ye Jin, a local station reporter, succeeds in setting up a short interview with Batar, who has been rather reluctant to expose themselves in the media. While at the broadcasting station, Ye Jin is assigned the position of host, while Mahbub, who came from Bangladesh to Korea as a migrant worker, is living his second life as a filmmaker. However, when the filming was delayed as the traces of Batar became unclear, a program change was proposed as a project to find Batar, and Ye Jin and Mahbub set out to find him in...
