The three sworn brothers Heung Chin Fung, Sing Da Hai, and Ngan Fei were bandits who stumbled on a map of a tomb that promised to contain a rare treasure. Their attempt to the rob the tomb led to disaster. With Hai gone, his wife and daughter Siu Kan fell on hard times and joined a troupe of traveling performers. Fei’s pregnant fiancée Ying was grief stricken upon news of his death. Fung, who was secretly in love with Ying, took care of her and raised her child Sing Mo as his own. Out of guilt, Fung also adopted Tin Yan, a baby whose family history is connected to the map. The past came back to haunt Fung many years later. There were those who still searched for the treasure and would do anything to get their hands on it. The secret of the tomb threatened to upend the lives of Siu Kan, Sing Mo, and Tin Yan.
